1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clear statement (e.g., by email to contact@plozarinmmxolix.world). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
5. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
7. Refund Processing
We will process your refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
8. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
9. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
